ONCE YOU RENT ONE OF OUR BOUNCE HOUSES, WE WILL DELIVER IT TO YOU, SET IT UP FOR YOU, THEN TAKE IT DOWN AND PICK IT UP AFTER YOUR PARTY.
CAN I PICK UP THE BOUNCE HOUSE FROM YOU AND SET IT UP MYSELF, THEN BRING IT BACK AFTER MY PARTY?
DUE TO LIABILITY ISSUES, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO THAT.
HOW EARLY CAN YOU SET IT UP AND HOW LATE CAN YOU PICK UP?
WE CAN SET UP AS EARLY AS 9 AM AND CAN PICK IT UP AS LATE AS 6 PM. BUT SINCE NOT EVERYONE CAN GET THEIR BOUNCE HOUSES AT THE SAME TIME, WE PRIORITIZE BASED ON CUSTOMER'S EVENT/PARTY SCHEDULE.
CAN I KEEP YOUR BOUNCE HOUSE OVERNIGHT SINCE MY PARTY ENDS REALLY LATE?
SINCE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS REQUIRE DIFFERENT TIMES A BOUNCE HOUSE IS NEEDED, YOU DO HAVE AN OPTION TO KEEP THE BOUNCE HOUSE THE WHOLE NIGHT FOR A SMALL EXTRA FEE. IT WILL BE PICKED UP AROUND 8 AM THE NEXT DAY.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA TO DELIVER AND PICK-UP OR SET UP THE BOUNCE HOUSE?
WE DO CHARGE A NOMINAL FEE FOR DELIVERY, BASED ON YOUR LOCATION. SET UP IS INCLUDED IN YOUR BOUNCE HOUSE RENTAL, SO THERE WILL BE NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THAT.
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE AND WHEN DO I PAY?
WE DO TAKE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS OR CASH. IF YOU WISH TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD, PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE WHEN WE CALL TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION. IF YOU CHOOSE PAYMENT WITH CASH, A DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED WHEN WE CALL TO CONFIRM AND REST OF CASH PAYMENT WILL BE AT THE TIME OF SET UP. WE DO NOT TAKE CHECKS.

ONCE YOU'VE COMPLETED THE RESERVATION FORM, BACKYARD BOUNCERS WILL CONTACT YOU TO MAKE DEPOSIT ARRANGEMENTS. THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCELL YOUR RESERVATION. HOWEVER, YOU CAN RESCHEDULE YOUR RESERVATION ONCE WITHIN OUR SET UP SEASON OF THAT SAME YEAR AND USE THAT SAME DEPOSIT.
HOW MUCH DEPOSIT DO YOU COLLECT?
WE REQUIRE A $75 DEPOSIT FOR BOUNCE HOUSE RESERVATIONS AND $125 FOR THE WATERSLIDE OR ANY PARTY PACKS.
I PAID IN FULL WITH MY CARD, NOW I HAVE TO CANCELL, IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE OF EITHER $75 FOR BOUNCE HOUSES OR $125 FOR THE WATERSLIDE OR ANY PARTY PACKS. YOU DO HOWEVER HAVE THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE YOUR RESERVATION ONCE WITHOUT LOOSING ANY MONEY WITHIN OUR SET UP SEASON OF THAT SAME YEAR.

DUE TO THE DEMAND OF THE BOUNCE HOUSES, WE TURN AWAY PEOPLE ONCE THE INFLATABLE BOUNCE HOUSE/WATERSLIDE HAVE BEEN RESEVED FOR YOU. WE'VE LOST A LOT OF POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS IN THE PAST DUE TO PEOPLE CANCELLING THEIR RESERVATIONS AFTER WE'VE TURNED OTHER PEOPLE AWAY WHO WANTED TO RENT FROM US. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE SERIOUS WITH YOUR RESERVATION ONCE YOU'VE COMMITED TO IT.
WE HAVE TO CANCEL OUR PARTY DUE TO WEATHER CONDITION, WILL I GET A REFUND?

I NEED A BOUNCE HOUSE. WHEN SHOULD I CALL AND RESERVE ONE?
ALTHOUGH WE DO HAVE SEVERAL BOUNCE HOUSES TO CHOSE FROM, WE DO ENCOURAGE YOU TO CALL AND RESERVE ONE OF OUR BOUNCE HOUSES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ASSURE AVAILABILITY OF THE BOUNCE HOUSE OF YOUR CHOICE.
MY DATE CHANGED, DO I HAVE TO GIVE YOU ANOTHER DEPOSIT FOR THE NEW DATE?
IF YOUR DATE CHANGED, JUST GIVE US A CALL AND WE WILL USE THE SAME DEPOSIT FEE YOU USE FROM THE PREVIOUS RESERVATION, AS LONG AS YOU SCHEDULE IT IN THAT SAME SET UP SEASON OF THE SAME YEAR. YOU CAN RE-SCHEDULE ONCE WITHOUT LOOSING YOUR DEPOSIT. THE ONLY THING THAT MIGHT CHANGE IS IF THE BOUNCE HOUSE OF YOUR CHOICE IS RENTED THAT DAY. WE ALLOW DATE CHANGE ONCE IN SAME SEASON FREE OF CHANGE.
WILL MY DEPOSIT GO TOWARDS THE BOUNCE HOUSE RENTAL?
NO. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT GIVEN TO YOU BY BACKYARD BOUNCERS ON THE DAY OF THE PARTY, RIGHT BEFORE WE START SETTING UP YOUR INFLATABLE/S. YOU WILL GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK USUALLY WITHIN 3-5 DAYS AFTER THE PARTY AS LONG AS THE ITEMS YOU RENTED FROM US ARE ALL CLEAN BASED ON DISCRETION OF BACKYARD BOUNCERS CREW. IF ITEMS WERE DIRTY WHEN PICKED-UP, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL THEN BE APPLIED AS A CLEANING FEE.
WHEN DO I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?
WE WILL PROCESS YOUR DEPOSIT BACK TO YOU A DAY AFTER THE PARTY. IF YOU PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD, YOU WILL GET IT BACK IN YOUR CARD ALSO. WE USE SQUARE TO PROCESS CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND IT USUALY TAKES THEM 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO RETURN YOUR MONEY BACK TO YOUR CARD.
WHY WOULD I CLEAN THE RENTAL ITEMS, ISN'T THAT PART OF MY RENTAL FEE?
UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS NOT. THIS IS THE SAME AS RENTING ANYTHING FROM UHAUL, MENARDS, HOME DEPOT, ETC. THE ITEMS NEED TO BE CLEANED WHEN RETURNED. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE. IN THE PAST, WE'VE GOT CUSTOMERS WHO TRASHED OUR UNITS AND WE ENDED UP LOOSING RENTAL OPPORTUNITIES BECAUSE THE INFLATABLES WERE NOT READY DUE TO BEING CLEANED FROM PREVIOUS RENTALS. THIS IS WHY WE STARTED CHANGING OUR RENTAL POLICY.
WHAT DO YOU DO TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID 19 VIRUS?
WE USUALLY SPRAY OUR UNITS BEFORE/AFTER EACH RENTAL WITH A SPECIAL SANITIZER THAT IS EFFECTIVE IN KILLING THE VIRUS PER MANUFACTURERS CLAIM.
